1. AI Simulations — Not Real People
Board of Minds is an artificial-intelligence tool that simulates reasoning frameworks associated with well-known public figures. Every persona is an AI simulation generated by large language models. The personas are not the real individuals; they are not written, reviewed, controlled, or approved by those individuals; and they do not express the actual views, opinions, statements, or endorsements of anyone depicted. Board of Minds is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to any depicted individual or their representatives, estates, or companies.
2. Names, Likenesses & Public Figures
The names and personas of public figures are used nominatively and descriptively — only to identify the documented thinking style or framework that a simulation is modeled on — and never to suggest any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Each persona is derived solely from publicly available material that the individual has chosen to make public, such as books, essays, interviews, talks, and letters. We do not use private, confidential, or non-public information. All names, trademarks, book titles, and other identifiers remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced here only for identification, commentary, and education.
3. Educational, Illustrative & Commentary Purpose
The service is provided for educational, analytical, and illustrative purposes — to help you reason through your own decisions by exposing you to multiple frameworks. The personas are transformative interpretations of publicly available ideas, not reproductions of any person, and any output is a fictionalized simulation. Outputs should be understood as commentary and analysis, not as factual statements by, or about, any real person.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Board of Minds for lawful purposes only. You will not use the service or its outputs to impersonate any real person, to create content that defames, harasses, deceives, or misleads, to imply that any depicted individual endorses you or your work, or to present AI-generated content as the genuine statements of a real person. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use any output, including ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.
5. No Professional Advice; Limitation of Liability
Board of Minds is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and must not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Board of Minds and its operators are not liable for any decision made, or any damages arising, from use of the service or its outputs.
6. Intellectual Property
Names, marks, titles, and quotations referenced in the service belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification, commentary, and education under applicable principles such as nominative fair use. Board of Minds claims no ownership of, sponsorship by, or association with those works or marks.
7. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on the interval you select. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Requests from Depicted Individuals
If you are an individual represented by a persona, or an authorized representative, and you have a concern or wish to request changes or removal, please contact us at hello@boardofminds.com. We will review every such request in good faith.
